The Michaelong Stud in operation under Murray Sutherland since 1962 has an impressive record in the showring in Australian sales and in the Export Market.

Since 1962 the Royal Shows' record totals 115 Championship wins from Sydney to Perth. Murray Sutherland's expertise is recognised by his many invitations to judge stud cattle events including the Sydney and Melbourne Royal Shows.

The Michaelong breeding plan has been developed to create commercially successful herds as well as supply the top of the range stud market. The product range includes stud bulls, stud cows, commercial bulls and licensed semen for stud and commercial purposes.
